Your dinnerware is made of what material?

Our dinnerware is made of high quality bone china. We offer a range of dinnerware decorated with 24 karat gold or platinum. Our four newly released capsule collections (Bloom, Jade, Morocco and Flora) feature microwave-safe gold decoration, which can be identified at the back of the product.

Is the product microwave-safe?

A product with a 24k or platinum finish is not suitable for use in the microwave due to the precious metal detail. Whenever a product is microwave-safe gold, the back stamp indicates that it is microwave-safe.

It is recommended that you refer to the care instructions on the product page.

How should I clean my new crockery?

It is recommended that all of our products be hand washed for optimal results. Hand washing ensures that the delicate bone china and precious metal detailing are best cared for, extending the life and beauty of the dinnerware. Use a soft sponge, mild liquid soap, and cool water to clean your dinnerware gently, yet effectively.

How do I complete my purchase online?

Click the Add to Cart button on the product page and complete your checkout online by registering with us or as a guest checkout.

What are the payment options?

Our payment gateway offers multiple payment methods for your purchases. Net Banking and Credit/Debit Cards are available for all orders, regardless of the value. For purchases within India, Cash on Delivery is available if the order value does not exceed Rs. 10000.

Is the sale price of an item all inclusive?

A sale price includes all applicable taxes and is considered final. For sale items, shipping within India is free as well.

How do I know when my order has been processed?

As soon as your payment has been successfully processed, you will be notified by email of the completion of your order.

Is it possible to make changes to my order?

We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours of confirmation as long as all items are available. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you want to change any part of your order, please contact us on Whatsapp within 30 minutes of ordering. Any changes to an order must be requested within 30 minutes of the order being placed, otherwise it cannot be modified or canceled.

How can I track my order

Each order is carefully packed and shipped using a third-party logistics company. An email confirmation with tracking information will be sent once the order has been picked up from our warehouse. Order tracking information is usually available within a few hours of being picked up.

What if my item arrives broken or damaged?

All orders are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. In the event that your order arrives damaged, we are happy to replace any defective items. In order to arrange a replacement, please send us a WhatsApp message within 48 hours of receiving the order at your shipping address. After 48 hours of delivery, no claims for transit damage will be accepted. In order to return an item, it must be in its original packaging.

Is there a return or exchange policy?

Our products cannot be exchanged or returned. We only offer replacements for items damaged during transit. Our friendly customer service team is happy to assist you if you need more information before making a purchase from us.

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

Gift wrapping is complimentary upon request, using our signature wrapping paper and ribbons. We also provide a personalised message on a card at no extra charge. Our gift wrapping service ensures your gift looks as special on the outside as it does on the inside, creating a truly memorable experience.
