WHAT IS YOUR DINNERWARE MADE OF?
All our dinnerware is made of premium Bone China and is decorated with 24 karat gold or platinum. Due to the delicate nature of our products and the precious metal detail, they are not suitable for use in the microwave. We recommend hand washing all our products for best results.
HOW DO I CARE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?
DINNERWARE: We recommend to use a liquid detergent and a non-abrasive sponge.
CUTLERY: We recommend to use a liquid detergent and a non-abrasive sponge. We recommend that you wipe the cutlery dry immediately as water spots may leave stains on the product.
COASTERS: We recommend to wipe it dry using a soft cloth. Do not use any cleaners or chemicals as the coasters may get discoloured.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS PROCESSED?
You will receive an email notification from Kika Tableware once your order has gone through successfully.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We aim to fulfill and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Once fulfilled, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. In case you need to get in touch with us regarding any changes to your order before fulfillment, please email us at email@example.com
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped from our warehouse.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS BROKEN/DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
We pack all our products securely to protect them against transit damage. In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us by Whats App or Email to arrange for a replacement. All claims for transit damage must be made within 48 hours of delivery of the parcel to your shipment address. No claims for transit damage will be accepted after 48 hours of delivery.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGE/REFUNDS?
We do not offer exchanges or refunds to our products. We only offer replacement due to transit damage.
