Shipping and Returns Policy
At Kika Tableware, our goal is to offer you fast shipping all across India where our fragile products have been completely protected and packed securely.
We offer free shipping within India via surface mode. We do not ship internationally at this time. All orders are usually dispatched with 2 working days of order confirmation. Our packing experts specialize in making sure that the fragile items are properly packed for transit. All orders are typically despatched within 2 working days of placing the order. We use Blue Dart for all domestic shipments and customers will be notified with tracking details once the order ships from our warehouse.
All orders are delivered within 3-7 working days after it has been shipped from our warehouse depending on the destination. We provide you with tracking information and our friendly customer service team can be contacted at any time to help you trace the order. In case you wish to place any special instructions for delivery, it must be done at the time of placing the order.
Our products are throughly checked by our quality team before they are despatched from our warehouse. However, in the event of any transit damage to the product, please inform us within 2 business days of receipt of the product. We will provide you with a FOC replacement or refund your payment in case of its unavailability. Products shall be deemed to be received in good order if no report is made within 2 business days and the order shall be marked as completed.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded for any other reason other than transit damage or quality problems.
